Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not able to offer refunds for parcels delayed due to postal services or customs processing.
