Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched from Singapore.
Please allow 2–4 working days for order processing before dispatch.
During launches, events, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Singapore (SingPost)
Orders within Singapore are shipped via SingPost.
Estimated delivery time:
2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak postal periods or public holidays.
International (DHL Express)
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery time:
2–5 working days after dispatch for most destinations.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by DHL and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance processes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or declare lower values.
Rest of World / Manual Shipping Quotes
For certain destinations where courier rates vary significantly, shipping may require a manual quotation.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you within 1–2 working days with the final shipping cost before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if the adjusted shipping cost is not accepted.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the respective postal or courier service.
